Research practice
Science with
an inspectable record.
We publish the physical question, assumptions, computation and evidence together, so each conclusion can be traced to the work supporting it.
Research process
From question
to publication.
Define the physical system
State the geometry, input conditions and intended quantity before interpreting a result. Explicitly distinguish direct sunlight, diffuse radiation and combined exposure.
Make the calculation reproducible
Release source, parameter ranges, units and deterministic numerical tables. Document resolution and publish an exact file manifest.
Compare formulations
Use physically meaningful limiting cases and separately expressed numerical methods. Report differences and tolerances, including where they were tested.
Publish the result in context
Identify established relationships, the specific analysis contributed by the report and the scope in which its conclusions hold.
Research responsibility
People direct
the science.
ABLAQ Studios is the institutional author and publisher of this research series. Osama Khaled directs its scientific research and decisions and is accountable for interpretation and publication. The team directory documents current workstream responsibilities.
Publication attribution records completed contributions where established. Programme assignments do not automatically create individual paper authorship. Computational tools are described separately in the methods record; they are not researchers or scientific authors.
Publication standards
Versioned, citable
and reusable.
Record types
Research reports present questions, methods and findings. Datasets preserve numerical results. Software records describe the implementations used to generate them. The archive distinguishes these output types.
Publication status
The current series consists of institutionally published computational reports. Numerical comparisons are internal verification. External peer review, independent replication or field validation will be identified explicitly when documented.
Reuse
Released study code and numerical data carry explicit CC0 terms; the radiative release also includes its generated SVG figures. Institutional identity assets and cited third-party material are excluded.
Corrections
Send the report identifier, affected statement or file, and supporting evidence to osama.khaled@ablaqstudios.com. Scientific leadership is responsible for assessing the issue. Substantive corrections receive a new version and a dated explanation in the publication record.
